Bennington is a veryQuite BrightGenetics
Bennington is a very unique place and it's not for everyone. The population at Bennington is overwhelmingly queer and everyone acts very "hippy liberal". That being said, there are a lot of snooty rich people who adopt being poor as an aesthetic. Most people smoke, drink, and do drugs.

Question
I worked in StudentBiology
I worked in Student Life and must tell parents to please avoid sending your children here. The college in actively involved in protecting rapists and drug dealers for financial gain. They pay off rape victims not to report things so they don't have to put it on the Clery Report.

Question
As a high school senior I was acceptedQuite BrightUndecided
As a high school senior I was accepted to many amazing colleges such as Reed, Sarah Lawrence, Bard, Oberlin, and so on. My decision was tough, but Bennington was the perfect choice for me. I was afraid of going to such a small school coming from NYC. I feared that Bennington might lack a stimulating social and educational experience, however I could not have been more wrong. The community is tight-knit and filled with creative, artistic, smart minds that are all different, but compliment each other. I receive more attention from teachers as a result of the small environment and I still find myself meeting new people everyday due to the mingling of different grades. I have never had busy work and the work is never meaningless. My assignments have been challenging and thought provoking. I am a student who is very on top of their work and that is key to success at Bennington. The amount of freedom can be daunting, but for a student who can keep themselves organized it is a great fit. The education is rigorous, but not stressful. Bennington expects students to be on top of their own work.
