First of all, this is a CHRISTIAN university.Quite BrightPreLaw and Legal
First of all, this is a CHRISTIAN university. For all those who are not 100% for God and don't enjoy having to "write something about God in every class and on every paper" you've come to the wrong place. Do not attend a christian university if you disagree with anything coming from the Bible which in fact is God's spoken words. For those who believe you should be open-minded might I remind you that God gave us free will to be open-minded but if you conflict with the Bible you conflict with God which is conflicting with the Creator of the universe and everything in it including your own understanding. Amazing school if you truely believe in God. For all those "wanna-be-good-people" that dress up as christians this is not the place for you. If you are willing to give your life for God (since he created your life and gave his life for yours) you will absolutely love this school. Financially it is incredibly cheap, academically it is challenging and socially you will gain life long friends. But overall, spiritually, you will strengthen your relationship with God and will serve him more effectively and ultimately fulfull your purpose for being alive on this earth.

Despite a lot of negative comments the schoolBrightPreLaw and Legal
Despite a lot of negative comments the school is ok. Faculty seem concerned and are very approachable, however there is little room for debate on anything that they do not endorse.Despite claiming to be pro constitution, if you speak your mind be prepared to suffer a little. This school is a Bible based college so I guess that explains it, but I would like to see a little more debate.

First off I never found myself being homesickBrightPreLaw and Legal
First off I never found myself being homesick in my life, but after my first summer away from Liberty I feel home sick. Because in actuality Liberty is now my home. The student leadership and campus faculty really go out of their way to make you feel like you are part of a family. That being said there are rules guys, we are a christian college and we do have rules. If you want to have the "traditional" college experience complete with frat parties and late nights then I highly recommend you do not come to Liberty. It makes it easier on all of the people who want to be here for the right reasons.

The City of Lynchburg has lots to do, if you find yourself bored it is simply because of the limits of your own imagination not the shortage of worthwhile activities.

Academically I cannot say to much on because I have only completed my basic classes, which were about as hard as I expected. Like all schools classes vary widely depending on the prof.

The Best Part about Liberty is the Spiritual environment. There is mandatory convo three times a week and the speakers that liberty brings in are fantastic. Throughout the year I have been humbled, redeemed and re-energized, and feel closer in my walk with God then ever before.
