It is very easy to get in. They let in everyone because they care about your $40k more than anything else.

Butler is in the middle of an aggressive recruitmentMay 07 2019Business - Management and Administration
Butler is in the middle of an aggressive recruitment boom. They will let in virtually everyone as long as you had a 2.5 in high school and no felonies. It is so easy to get in. They are letting in kids left and right, so if you truly want to go here, have no worries. You absolutely will get in. However, as a result of this, the school is soon to become overcrowded. Expect to live in the worst dorms throughout your 3 years of mandatory on-campus living. They don't even have enough room for the 2022 class of 1300, and they have reportedly accepted 350 more for the 2023 class than the 2022 class. It is virtually impossible to select classes, as everything is "full" by the time the freshman lottery number is up. Steer clear of this school.

Butler was pretty easy, all I did was applyMar 20 2018Pharmacy
Butler was pretty easy, all I did was apply before Nov. 11th and through their free application and sent my transcripts and test scores in. I received a decent scholarship and grant from the university.

Butler will likely become more selective in the comingMay 03 2017Economics
Butler will likely become more selective in the coming years since the class of 2020's enrollment was so large that the school is struggling to provide sufficient housing. However, with a good ACT and mediocre GPA, you shouldn't have to worry about admission. I had a 33 ACT and 4.3 HS GPA and was offered the maximum academic scholarship.

Did not find acceptance difficult; have good grades and sufficient volunteer time during high school and you'll be fine. (AP scores are a definite boost, too.)
