Chatham University

From flipbook to digital animation, students will learn to render movement using still images. The basics of cell animation, scanning, and Photoshop and iMovie programs will be taught across the two-weeks of study. Students will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of animation and digital compositing as well as enjoy the experience of creating their own animations. Digital Landscape Photography

The landscape is fascinating from both natural and contrived points of view. This two-week workshop explores the art of taking landscape shots digitally with emphasis on composition, focal points, color, light, movement, time of day, framing, and weather conditions. You will explore a range of image capturing from macro flower shots to vast panoramic points of view.
