These are the main tennis courts on campus. All the courts are like this. Or at least they were in june of 2000 & for the entire 5 years I went to school there. They were completely unplayable. My friends and I had to leave the campus—the campus of this supposedly great institution—and go to the local high school to hit with any vigor.

And god knows they wouldn't allow us on the varsity courts, 20mins off campus to do any playing, because we weren't "on the team". We were in fricking engineering!!!! we didn't have time to play varsity sports, but that doesn't mean we SUCK!!! (both my friend and I were 1st and 2nd varsity singles at our high schools (>3000 students) ) before coming to mich.
