Cornell University Summer College Programs for High School Students

Cornell University’s award-winning Summer College program offers talented high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors the opportunity to study at Cornell University for one, three, four, or six weeks.  Students can experience college life at Cornell, take real university courses, work closely with Cornell’s internationally recognized faculty, earn college credit, explore majors and career options, get a jump on successful college applications, make friends from around the world, and much, much more.

Cornell is located in Ithaca, New York, a small city surrounded by beautiful nature preserves, cascading waterfalls, and scenic gorges.  While here, you can focus on studies in areas including architecture, art, business, college success, communication, engineering, law, medicine and health, psychology, science, veterinary medicine, and writing.

Summer College is a wonderful opportunity for high school students to experience college life, make some great friends, and prepare for the future.  At the end of the program, students often say it’s been the best summer of their life.
