The Engineering programs at Western Michigan offer a great opportunity for learning and internship experience. The campus has to be one of the best in the country and is completely isolated a few miles from the rest of the University. I can speak personally about the Chemical Engineering department and say that the faculty for the most part is very helpful. The program is very challenging and much is expected out of the students. The atmosphere is competitive, but the program is successful at preparing students for careers in the Engineering Industry. The student interaction is very high in the Engineering programs which helps build relationships and friends beyond college. Glad I can call myself an Alum of Western Michigans Engineering Program!!
