Reference to the review of athletics, it is actually worse with the baseball program than described in other review. For a Christian University most of the baseball team (with coaches knowledge) have heavy drinking and drug parties (ie. Christmas party). Coaches don't participate but give their approval for fear of loosing one of their better players even if they have no character. DO NOT go there to play baseball as a freshman. They prefer JUCO transfers because they do not have the ability to develop talent. The inability to develop players is why they go the juco route. The coaches are flat out liers and do not know baseball very well. When freshman go to MC to play baseball they do all they can to run them off. MC's baseball program and coaches are definitely a eyesore to the score based upon baseball knowledge and Christian ethics. If you are looking for a Christian school to attend and play baseball MC is NOT the school! I have first hand experience of secular universities with better christian values.
